A strong advocate in the investment potential of apartment properties, Craig Lieberman, President, Broker, and Managing Director of the Apartment Investment Specialists, Inc. (brokerage arm) and A.I.S Property Management Services, Inc. (property management arm), has invested in multi-family units across Southern California since 1977.

Craig’s focused real estate education has led him to earn an undergraduate degree in Real Estate followed by a graduate degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a reputable premier institution of advanced education. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the highest designation awarded to a commercial real estate professional. CCIM is an internationally recognized affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.® Craig has served CCIM's Greater Los Angeles chapter as its Candidate Guidance Chairperson since 2019.

Craig has represented buyers and sellers of multi-family properties since 1997, ranging in size from 2 to 304 units, participating in hundreds of apartment property sales. A.I.S. also provides third-party property management of multi-family properties — many of which he also represented the owner at the time the property was acquired.
